I remember reading this years ago in a book I found while in Australia. The word I read for love was 'Yoorana'. Although there are dozons of dialects so there are many many different words depending on who you ask.

There are many aboriginal languages so there is no one answer to the question.

However, the general concept of whacking a woman on the head with a club and dragging her back to the bark lean-to is common to all.

There is no such thing as Aboriginal Australian as there are hundreds of different native languages to choose from. Ask again.

There are more than 200 Aboriginal languages. You would have to be more specific.
