The subclavian arteries (left and right) are branches of the aorta supplying both the left and right arms respectively.

The subclavian veins are continuations of the axillary veins. They are joined by the internal jugular veins to form both the right and left brachiocephalic veins then drain into the superior vena cava.

The nerve to subclavius or subclavian nerve is a branch of the brachial plexus which arises from the junction of the fifth and sixth cervical ventral rami.
