There are a few different ways to say 'older sister' in Japanese. To refer to one's own sister, you would say 姉 (ane). To refer to another's sister or to address your sister directly, you would use either お姉さん (oneesan) or ねえちゃん (neechan).

å…„ /a ni/ is the main word for 'older brother' in general. Depending on the state of relations between the two siblings, the younger might want to use different honorifics to call his/her older brother, the following all mean 'older brother' and just differ on level of formality/respect.

兄上 /ani u e/ : used very formally like in prestigious and/or aristocratic families.

お兄様 /o nii sa ma/ : nothing less than 'aniue' in formality, yet it is more common, and not limited in usage to some families/people.

お兄さん /o nii san/ : with only the honorific changed, it is one step less formal. This is most common and standard way to call an older brother, or used as vocative as in calling out to a man in the street etc whom you don't know.

お兄ちゃん /o nii chan/ : the honorific 'chan' is a term of familiarity and endearment, usually in this case used by kids. Still it is a respectful way to call your own older sister or an older girl that you know very well, but not much used by adults.

For sister the main word is 姉 /a ne/. The same terms applies to this:

姉上 /a ne u e/ : same case as 'aniue'.

お姉様 /o nee sa ma/ : same as 'oniisama'.

お姉さん /o nee san/ : same as 'oniisan' also in calling out to a stranger lady.

お姉ちゃん /o nee chan/ : same as 'oniichan'.

[ee = elongated 'e' sound, not as in 'keep']

* You might hear the three words in each category starting with an 'o', also used without it. It does not change the meaning and just renders it less formal, is all. This case less often happens to 'oniisama/oneesama'. There are some other words in each category, but are not that common. *
