Igneous rock.

It is an igneous extrusive rock but it is still lava. As such it is called after the principle type such as Basalt lava, obsidian flows, rhyolite lava, andesite lava, phonolite lava.

Lava does not dry, but solidifies from cooling, much as water turns to ice. Erupted lava solidifies into extrusive igneous rock.
