Is there such thing as a jumping pleasure horse?
Not sure what you are referring to but in Hunt Seat riding "pleasure" and "jumping" are not the same thing. A "pleasure" class is on the flat and a "jumping" class is over fences. A horse can do both if it istrained to do so but obviously not at the same time.
Can Friesian horses be used as a hunter jumper horse instead of a dressage horse?
They can. I've seen them do hunt seat, saddle seat, hunters, jumpers, western pleasure. It's always nice to see horses that wear many hats.

And believe me! I know! Canadian Police use them because 1. Its a lighter saddle 2. English Hunt seat was invented in Canada, Europe, Italy & Russia.
Should a horse show in both hunt and saddle seat disciplines?
Well here in the USA hunt seat and saddle seat are two very different styles of riding and would require a horse to be retrained to show in one or the other. Hunt or hunter riding is designed for horses with long low flowing gaits that may or may not jump depending on which classes they show in. Saddle Seat is aimed at highly animated horses such as Saddlebreds and National Show horses that have a high knee action. The riders sit farther back on the horse and keep their legs off the horses side and tend to ride from the hand a bit more. There is no jumping in Saddle seat.
