Definitely coke always go original.

Coke Zero. Get as few calories as possible. You might as well eliminate the calorie problem considering you're hurting your kidneys, bladder, ability to absorb sugar and tolerance for caffeine by drinking it.

In theory, Coke Zero, advertizing 0 calories is better for you to drink than regular Coca Cola, but from a broader standpoint, most carbonated bevorages aren't a healthy choice of drink: if they're not using natural sugar, they're using an artificial sweetener, which has many more down-sides than does natural sugar.
