5 basic freedoms of the first amendment
1. freedom of press
2. freedom of petition
3. freedom of religion
4. freedom of speech
5. assemble peacefully
And if you were to only pick one of those five, it would be smart to pick freedom of speech so you could speak out to get the other freedoms
