Theoretically, the ideal BMI for adults of any height is 25 or below. For a person who is 5 feet 7.5 inches tall, this would mean the "ideal" weight of no more than 162 pounds.
However, you need to consider more than just weight and height when you determine a person's health status. Someone with a bigger frame may require more weight to be healthy; someone with a tiny frame may require less weight.

In my opinion, it isn't about weight but rather body fat percentage. You can be at a healthy weight but have no muscle and a lot of fat.
