Drastic measures are often taken by businesses, government, and individuals when Swastikas are displayed inappropriately in the western world.
For all it's controversy, it is still in use today as a buddihst symbol of mercy, particuarly within Tibetian Buddhism-- much to the confusion of many westerners.
