Yes, any of the hyperchargers for metric cruisers will fit but you need a special adapter (NOT in the kuryakyn kit) to make it work. The adapter is about $179 from http://www.thundermfg.com.
What does a carbarator hyper charger do?
Assuming you mean "Carburetor Hypercharger", it's a poor mans bolt on supercharger. It accomplishes the exact same thing as a stock air cleaner but it has slightly better air flow.
