WELL their are lots of traditional arbic foods one if the most common that i know of is kabsa kabsa is almost like baryan but it has tomato spicy rice and chicken that thas been very well cooked some arabs put loez loez is like a crunch seed that some people like to eat with kabsa and more trtaditional arbis food are - kosa it a vegtable that is cooked and has rice inside ( VERY GOOD!!) -homs is very traditional it like soft and creamy and sour very good and arabs eat it with kobs, kobs is white peta - shkrya is and arbic traditionl food its yello rice with meant and melted yougurt i personlley dont like it but my friend loves it! -um lets seee their is......faswlya! fasylya is white rive plain white rice with tomato soup that they pour on top of the rice they add white small beans and meat some people put vegtables instead of met i like it with vegs!! -their is also mlkya it VERY VERY GOOD its like white much rice with melted snich trust me u cant even taste the spinch it tasted so good with mel almon an that is lemons in the form of powder mlkya is a very traditional arbick food - their is also mslwba i know more but i think i gave u an idea and BTW arabs do have alot more complex dinners than the old fashion order a pizza which is wat i use to do but now im a great cook that knows how to cook arbic- indian-pakstanian spanich-mexican food wish em luck caue i really hope someday ill be a succsesfel chef!
The Staple Diet is Rice (Similar to Briyani, they call it Kapsaa, which is less Spicy) But if you are an expatriate, dont worry, you will get all type of Cuisines here..and Cheap.. Indian Food is very cheap here compared to the Saudi food..
Kabsa: this dish is a family of rice dishes, that are served mostly in saudi arabia. These dishes are mainly made from a mixture of spices, rice, meat and vegetables. The main ingredient that accompanies the spices is meat, such as chicken, beef, lamb, goat or sometimes fish or shrimp. There may be nuts to decorate the dish. These nuts are almonds and cashewnuts, or raisins.I think this dish is healthy, as it contains lots of protein. It's also high in vitamins and minerals as it has various kinds of veggies. The rice gives the energy for our body. (it contains carbs)
