Sort of, you see the 89 Jeeps had Throttle body injection. This differs from actual fuel injection because instead of injecting into the intake prior to the valve, it injects fuel into the throttle body through just one injector instead of multiple injectors. Better than a carburetor, but not quite as good as injection as far as fuel economy is concerned.
The 89's were all fuel injected. The 88's were either/or.
It does not have an inertia/reset switch.
The only float on an 89 Jeep is for the fuel level, and its in the fuel tank, attached to the fuel pump.
take a can of c foam and soak them over night
If you're thinking of a fuel pump inertia kill switch, the 89 S10 doesn't have one.

There is none.
There is none.
your wires for the fuel pump are ran along the inside of your frame on the left side
Have the pickup coil in dist checked this is what triggers the throttle body injectors
70% are fuel injection. 1989 is the last year carbeautors where made and da first year fuel injection was created... my Chevy capric classic 89 is a fuel injection
