Jimi Hendrix in #FACT did not die from a drug overdose! It really bothers me that how the world over can assume, claim, & report this to be true! I would like to call out some names and say some pretty loud F words but for Jimi I will not! If I was to react that way these same people that speak of Jimi with ZERO KNOWLEDGE & ZERO facts would run with their tales between their legs and report me and have me removed from Answers.com That aint happening to me; not today folks! None of the people that quote "KNOW" Mr. Jimi Died from a drug overdose will be discredited by what I type next, let me add first that what i am gonna type proves that these so called know it alls have done little or ZERO RESEARCH & DEALING & LEARNING THE FACTS! THIS IS WHAT THEE OFFICIAL CAUSE OF DEATH LINE ON Mr. Jimi's Death Report! Says! ~> "insufficient evidence of circumstances", open verdict." let me add some more information from the medical examiner for all you that know/think Jimi was a Heroin Addict! ~> To determine the cause of death, the coroner, Gavin Thurston, ordered a post-mortem examination on Hendrix's body, which was performed on September 21 by Professor Robert Donald Teare, a forensic pathologist.[63]Teare reported that Hendrix was "well nourished and muscular", and he identified a quarter-inch scar on Hendrix's left wrist.[64][nb 15] He said that there were "no stigmata of [intravenous] drug addiction. Once these marks are there [in the skin], they never go away. In this case, there were no marks at all."[66]Although Teare observed that the right side of Hendrix's heart was widely dilated, he found no evidence of valvular heart disease. He discovered a partially collapsed left lung and 400 ml of fluid in Hendrix's chest.
