Priliminary diagnosis is not confirmed diagnosis and is based on patients History (Disease and Life) [Anamness Morbi, Anamness Vitae] and thorough physical examination (Inspection, Palpation, Percussion, Auscultation). It requires further examination of the patient. This can be differentiated from Final diagnosis when Laboratory diagnostic measures (Blood test, urine, biochemical etc.) and Instrumental diagnostic measures (ECG, Xray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI) have been done.

There are many places advertising for discount office furniture. According to my personal experience in purchasing office furniture, Overstock.com and a store such as Walmart.com, could offer the best deals including shipping. Walmart or Samsclub.com would be places where you could purchase it online and pick it up at a local store, therefore eliminating shipping costs. I would personally be cautious purchasing furniture online, shipping will definitely be a factor in the total cost of the product.
