It depends on how you cook it. I've been served lion as a scallopini (thinly cut and pounded thin) and the texture and taste was reminiscent of veal. In fact, it is hard to say it had any particular taste because it was covered in a sauce. I'll just say I ate every bite. There is not point in letting good lion meat go to waste, so enjoy it.

Well, off course...It tastes like chicken!

you have to rub it on a dead cows udder to get rid of the bacteria and it also gives it a more creamy taste
