No disease is transmitted by sharing the drinks. This route is theoretically possible. But you will not go to hospital and drink from the patients glass. In fact the sick person may not go for drinks.

You will not catch Chlamydia by sharing a drink with someone who has it. It is not passed through saliva. Nor is it possible to catch it from kissing, hugging, sharing food, Swimming Pools, or toilet seats.

You can't get chlamydia or gonorrhea from sharing a drink. These infections are passed by intimate contact with someone who has the infection -- oral, anal or vaginal sex; genital-genital contact; sharing sex toys; or birth to a women who has chlamydia or gonorrhea.
