China, North Korea, and Cuba.

In addition, Vietnam and Laos are Communist countries.

Most political scientist classify North Korea as "Communist-in-name-only"; functionally, they are a hereditary Dictatorship run by a small oligarchy.

China (mainland, aka People's Republic of China) is also not what is typically thought of as a Communist government. While they have many broad characteristics of (and originated as) a traditional Communist government, they are also a unique fusion with pure representative republic and traditional Chinese imperial government forms. So, while at first glance they are Communist, a closer look reveals a very unique (and very complex) form of government.
