That is a life decision that only you can make. Ask for input from someone who knows you well.
No you can not make any one join the millitary.
Whether or not you should join the military is a personal choice that nobody can make for you, even if you've been given a scholarship. Think of what you'd like to accomplish in your future and how the military would or would not fit into that plan.
No, sorry. The load bearing requirements alone would make you ineligible.
If you join the military then how much money you get paid depends on what rank you are. The higher the rank the more you get paid.
yes!! you can join the marines if you are deaf in one ear,but since its a medical condition, you may need waivers
If you want to. It's your decision to make, and nobody else's.

No experience is required, but the branches of the military do require a high school diploma. He will also make sure he does not have any kind of criminal record.

2,000,000 euros in a time. Communism sucks.
You have to join the military first, then if you show a high aptitude and an interest in joining the special forces you may get given the oppurtunity to try for selection. However, the standard is very high during selection, training and in service. Also, you must make sure that you join the correct branch of the military, ie;(assuming you're either American or British) if you join the Royal Navy/ Royal Marines you could be selected for the SBS, US Navy/ US Marines you could be selected for the Navy SEALS. But in either the British or US Armies you could go for the SAS or DELTA force, respectively.
