This can be caused by perspiration on both men and women and on men it can be ingrown hairs from their jeans rubbing (they can also get this on their upper legs.) Soak in a bath tub of warm water and 1 cup of Epsom Salts that can be bought at your drug store. Pour enough boiling water into the cup of Epsom Salts and add to bath water. Lay in the tub for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. Do 2 - 3 times a week. This method is also good for sores on the body and sunburns and muscle aches. Epsom Salt is not like table salt and is very soothing. If you still have the rash a week after using Epsom Salts then please see your doctor.

This is sort of a normal thing, it is because of the hair folicles. They gather up too close together in places like your thigh, knees, chest, etc. The best way to get rid of them is to apply lotion to them twice a day for 2 weeks. If it doesnt work, you may need to see a doctor.

Diarrhea and poor hygiene can be one cause.

During diarrhea, excess stomach acids may cause sensitivity or pain to the anus, resulting in a slight itch. Poor hygiene can invite bacteria into the area, also causing itch.

It can also be caused by parasites. If the cause isn't diarrhea or poor hygiene see a doctor for a potential parasite infection.

The itchy red bumps on your bum could be an insect bite or a sweat rash. Try and wear loose cotton underwear and wash regularly to minimize sweat.
