there is no specific order just loosen lock nut on the rocker arm little at atime until you hear the lifter start to "peck"then tighten lock nut 1/2 turn be sure to do 1 at a time
The 5.7 heads will work if they have the smaller 184 intake valves . Or you will have to bore the block over to get the 194 ,200,or 202 intake valves to fit into the cylinder if not it will lock it up when the valve opens and hits the edge of the block
Same as small block. 3/8's inch, NC, (16 threads per inch) and I would use 2 and a half inch long, with lock washers. The head of these bolts will need a 9/16ths inch wrench.
Ignition Lock? or Door Lock?
Answerput your ignition key in the lock turnit to accesory, there will be a small pinhole you will have to stick a pin of some sort in there and then it should just pop right out.
The problem is in the alarm. If it is GM take it to the dealer.
Chevy uses lock washers. ;-)
Replace the lock
The Chevy Impala LTZ's standard features include the On Star remote ignition block, anti-lock out, anti-theft alarm and pass key, tracking notification and child safety door locks to name a few.
