Vlad Tepes (Cepeš)
The movie Vlad Tepes was released in 1971. It was directed by Doru Nastase, and tells the story of Vlad Tepes, perhaps better known as Vlad the Impaler.
It's the surname of Vlad Tepes, often called Vlad Dracul, the Prince of Wallachia in the 15th century and the man who lent his name to Dracula the Vampire. "Tepes" is Romanian for "Impaler"; "Vlad Tepes" means "Vlad the Impaler".
Vlad the Impalor got his name from the fact that he would impale his enemies on large spikes through the anus if it was a male, or if an adulterous women, through the vagina. He committed other cruel and violent acts, but he is most famous for his impalement's, he killed a grand total of about 40, 000 people in his life time. Most of these people were impaled.
