Actually Otters have teeth not beaks. In most cases where there is a beak or bill the animal has no teeth.

Animals with a beak include:

Birds, Turtles, some fish, some insets, cephalopods (octopus, squid etc), some whales.(From the fossil record some dinosaurs had beaks too)

There are many birds with sharp beaks but the one that came into my head first was the vulture as they have extremly sharp beaks to pull shreads of meat of carcasses as thay are carnivours whcih means meat eater.
