There are various lists for the Seven Wonders of Casper, Wyoming.
The wonders included in most lists are:
Lookout Point: A pull out on Casper Mountain where you can see all of Casper.
Cowboy in the Lights: From Lookout Point, you can supposedly see the shape of a cowboy on a bucking horse in the lights of Casper at night. However, since Casper has grown, the cowboy may no longer be there. Others claim you can see a steamship in the lights. I25 going north is the smokestack.
The Spiral Staircase: A very large spiral staircase located behind Toy Town (the Conroy building) in an alley that appears to end in a brick wall. The story is the building was built with only one staircase on the front so the fire department made them add one on the back.
The Egg Beater: If you stand under the Wells Fargo sign, look up, and turn round and round, it looks like you are inside an egg beater.
The Car in a Box: If you drive toward Second Street on Sun Drive, you will see a car in a box next to the traffic signal. It is a sensor for oncoming traffic and lights up when you reach the intersection.
Echo Chamber: Located in the rotunda in the Natrona County Public Library parking lot. If you face the middle of the rotunda from the sidewalk and speak into the plaque your voice echoes. You can whisper to friends from one side of the rotunda and they will hear you clearly on the other side.
Hidden Clock/The Clock that No One Sees: Go to the third floor of the First Interstate Parking Garage and find the working clock that is located on the back of the Lou Talbert building. The clock became hidden when the parking garage was built.
Gravity Hill: Go to the big tree on Garden Creek Road, near the entrance to Rotary Park, when going toward Casper Mountain Road. Put your car in neutral and it will be pulled up the hill.
Eternal Flame: Located at the refinery in Evansville, the flame tells Casperites that they are home.
Other Wonders of Casper included on different lists:
The Seeing Eye House:
Magic Mirror: Located across from the Atrium Plaza downtown.
The Tiny House:
The Sundial: A public art project located near the intersections of Collins and Beech Streets.
Jewels of Downtown: There is a storm drain cover located on Midwest Avenue near Center Street that seems to shine like jewels in the light.
