as far as I am aware all particles are made of molecules which in turn are made of atoms which again in turn are made of protons, electrons and neutrons, going further the protons and neutrons are made of quarks, electrons are a fundamental particle and therefore not made of anything.

However, there are some gases, the noble gases (helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, radon) that are found naturally as single atoms. Therefore, particles of a gases might be "molecules" or "atoms," depending on the gas.

What is heat transfare in gases called?

Heat transfer in gases is called convection. It is the process by which heat is transferred through the movement of fluid (gas or liquid) particles. Convection occurs when hot air rises and cold air sinks, creating circulation and transferring heat in the process.

Why can gravity pull on the suspended particles and gases in the air?

Gravity pulls on all objects with mass, including suspended particles and gases in the air. The force of gravity causes these particles and gases to be attracted towards the Earth's center, giving rise to phenomena such as sedimentation and atmospheric pressure.

Is air solution or suspension?

It is a suspension of dust particles in a mixture of gases. The latter may be considered a solution of other gases in nitrogen.

Are air particles smaller than that of gas particles?

Air particles are a type of gas particle. Gas particles can vary in size depending on the gas and its molecular makeup. In general, air particles which are primarily composed of nitrogen, oxygen, and other gases are small in size compared to solid or liquid particles.

What particles does air contain?

Air contains primarily nitrogen, oxygen, and argon. Trace amounts of other gases such as carbon dioxide, neon, and helium are also present in air. Additionally, air can contain water vapor, dust particles, and pollutants depending on the environment.
