There are two definitions of "stuffed animals": soft fabric children's toys that superficially resemble living animals and animals that have been professionally preserved by a taxidermist.
For children's toys, generally the stuffed animal gets named whatever the child wants. This can range from "Bear" to "Princess Alexia Genevive Hamperson III" depending upon the child's imagination.
For taxidermic models, there is generally no name, just a species notation and (usually) the circumstances under which the animal was hunted and killed.

In nature, sometimes when an animal is born, it carries the same name as the adult version of the animal. However, for a baby panda, it is called a cub.
It could be ducky, quakers, Daffy or Donald Duck.
The best name for a girl panda bear would probably be Bandit because panda bears usually look like bandits. I know this isn't really a good name but this is the name I named my Stuffed Panda, I know she isn't real but I like to pretend that my stuffies are real.
