You could try the old classic prank. The one with the feather and the whipped cream. Put whipped cream in someone's hand while their sleeping and tickle his/hers nose with the feather. When they wake up the person's face will be covered with whipped cream!!! You also could get a scary fake spider and put it on someone's sleeping bag. :D
If you are camping with friends, tie one of your friends to a tree while they are sleeping and gag them with a dirty sock so they won't scream!
First, you get a can of whip cream (butter, sour cream, and cream cheese work too).
Second, you let the whip cream (or whatever you used) sit out to become room temperature.
Third, you establish a code. Like this, "Grape Jelly" for instance, means your suspect is going to wake up and everybody pretend to be sleeping. And/or "Kangaroo" means, she/he is not moving. You can use any words you want.
Forth, Spray (or spoon) the substance on his or her hand.
Fifth, Tickle the suspect (on the face) with a feather or your hands. Be sure to alert your guest(s) that she will wake up and to get into their sleeping positions.
Last, When your suspect wakes up he/she will feel their face and the whip cream (etc.) will get all over their face! After this, you should run!
