Bullies who cyber bully anonymously are a lot of the time victims of bullying themselves. Putting other people down makes them feel better about themselves, but the effect is only temporary. These individuals bully other people as a sort of therapy for their own bullying. The best solution is for the victim to get help from an adult they trust. Once they stop being bullied, it is likely that they will stop cyber bullying as well. Cyber bullying is more common among victims because they can do so anonymously.
