At least 4 GCSE's, A*-C. Although there are no specific subject requirements, I would go for English Language, Maths, Food Technology or go to college and do Hospitality and Catering and either Biology or Chemistry. These will all be of use to you throughout your career as a chef, and they will also be useful if you change your mind.
