They're bunnies... enough said.
NO! Of course not
No.
Predators like eagle, lynx, fox.
Mother bunnies typically only stay away from their babies for a short period of time, usually less than 5-10 minutes, to avoid drawing attention to the nest and attracting predators. They return several times a day to nurse and care for their young.
they have good stuff to help the bunny stay helthy.
yes they are loving pets but don't be shocked if they take a tiny nibble on your finger thinking its food
Rabbits/bunnies like to stay in burrows because: -To keep warm -to stay away from harsh weather -to hide from predators (if not a pet)
In the wild when rabbits are living in warrens the male rabbits stay with the warren but the females with babies are in a separate part of the warren than the other bunnies. Males are very territorial and will run other male rabbits off.
I think the reason bunnies stay in a particular place for a long period of time is because they are not that much of a playful animal. He is probably resting, especially after eating so he can digest his food. It is totally normal and there is no reason to be worried what so ever.......
usually it would be because it was the last born.
Cinnamon, Hazel, Cocoa, and Nutmeg would be cute names for small brown bunnies.
