The Gruppe 6 green & white security bank armoured trucks can be seen intermittenly on the roads around Liberty City. More often seen around Broker in East Hook and Boabo (in the early hours of the morning), and also Broker. They can be seen just parked up on the side in Algonquin and Alderney. It is a case of keeping an eye out for them.
The Enforcer armoured trucks belonging to NOOSE can only be taken when NOOSE have been called out during a four plus wanted star cop chase. It is easy enough to jack one by getting the NOOSE squad to follow Luis, and then doubling back and taking the Enforcer. Luis will have a little piece of flak jacket returned to him when he takes one.
