My guess is that it was either in a scene that was cut out later or was recorded for the soundtrack but ended up not being used in the film. The song is an arrangement (not original composition), so that also leads me to believe that it is an old English country dance tune. I've been working on identifying it. I wish the composer had credited the original tune title somewhere. :)
