Hellboy is neither Marvel nor DC.
He's from Dark Horse Comics (in independant), though he has made several crossovers into other comic book worlds.
The first drawing of the character was a black and white illustration in which he wore a belt bearing the name Hellboy. This image appeared in a program for the Great Salt Lake Comic Con in 1991, therefore making the program the first publicly published drawing of Hellboy. A later incarnation of Hellboy appeared on the cover of Dime Press #4 (1993), an obscure Italian fanzine.
Before Hellboy was published independently at Dark Horse Comics, the concept was initially pitched to a board of directors for DC Comics, who loved it but didn't like the idea of it involving "hell."
Marvel superheros that can regenerate are Wolverine, spiderman, and deadpool. DC superheros who can regenerate are flash, superman and wonder woman.
Wolverine for Marvel Batman for DC
Green Lantern is DC while The Hulk, Spiderman and Wolverine are Marvel Characters. For DC, they have "The Justice League" For Marvel, they have "The Avengers" So for The Avengers, I know for sure Captain America, Thor, Iron Man are in it. I'm not too sure about Spiderman or Hulk or Wolverine. For The Justice League, it's Flash, Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter and I think there might be more.
DC
Not exactly. There is a comic collaboration between DC and Marvel called Amalgam Comics. They combine their characters to make something like a hybrid. Wolverine has been paired up with Batman to make a character called Dark Claw. The DC equivalent of Wolverine is Lone Wolf aka Timber Wolf. A lot more agile than Wolverine, no claws, and not quite the healing ability, and not Canadian.

No, Wolverine is not a member of the Justice League. He is a Marvel Comics character associated with the X-Men. The Justice League is a team of superheroes from DC Comics.
well, if X-Men is part of Marvel (which they are), than logically so is Wolverine
Yes. Marvel has killed off Wolverine and replaced him with Old Man Logan. They essentially killed off Wolverine...to replace him with Wolverine. They can't get rid of him.
Wolverine is the Marvel Comics superhero associated with adamantium, as his skeleton and claws have been coated with the indestructible metal.
As I recall in the "What If" comics of Marvel. Hulk killed Wolverine!
Yes, they have made contracts with DC Comics and Marvel to make sets of various superheros such as Wolverine and Iron Man.
