Maybe. It's not a scam like the ones where you give somebody some money and they then disappear with it - they really do publish a book. On the other hand, the only people who would actually buy a copy of "Who's Who" are the people who are already listed inside who want the thrill of seeing their own name in print. There may also be Who's Who imitators who either: 1. Use the Who's Who name and may actually disappear with your money. 2. Use the pretense of Who's Who to get you to enter your personal information, which they later use to rip you off. Let the buyer beware.
