For the first Fullmetal Alchemist anime there is only the follow up movie, Conqueror and Shambala, that concludes the storyline. For the second Fullmetal Alchemist anime, FMA: Brotherhood, there may be a movie released in 2011, though the plot isn't fully known yet and doesn't appear to be a follow-up of the series end.

Yes. It is called Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It does not follow the original Anime story line, it follows the Manga completely. It shows in Japan on Sundays. Funimation offers free subs of the episodes every Thursday.

The second series of Fullmetal Alchemist (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood or FMA2 for short) is currently airing in Japan, with weekly subtitled releases by FUNimation and two (English) fansub groups (Tomodachi-Fansubs and Eclipse). It airs on Sunday's at around 4:00 AM EST (5:00 PM/17:00 JST), and is generally released by Tomodachi (TMD) at around 2 PM/13:00 EST with Eclipse releasing much later and FUNimation releasing (for free) the next week.

Personally, I recommend watching Tomodachi's, as they release before Eclipse (both usually have same-day releases) with better quality. Though fansubs are "technically illegal", FUNimation, as with most Anime licensing companies, does very little to stop it since it generally brings popularity to the show and thus brings in revenue for the company. I recommend staying away from FUNimation's subtitles and going with Tomodachi's or Eclipses, or waiting a couple months or so for FUNimation to dub it (though that might take longer than usually as fans are far more content with subtitled Anime over dubbed anime).

As of this post, the most recently aired episode was episode 25, with a new one coming this Sunday.

The manga is still ongoing.

Full Metal Alchemist does, however, has two anime series. They are not at all related to each other, though. Full Metal Alchemist (the first one) started off following the manga, but spun off in another direction and ended. But, Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood is a series following the manga.
Yes. The first anime series has a movie sequel called Fullmetal Alchemist: Conqueror of Shamballa

There is also another anime series called Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. This, however, is not a sequel, but the telling of the original story from the manga that the first anime diverged from.

It can be viewed in Japanese with English subtitles here:

And it also airs in English during Adult Swim's Saturday night action block.

"Fullmetal Alchemist: The Movie - Conqueror of Shamballa" continues the storyline in the first series but events take place in an alternate universe .

'Fullmetal Alchemist : Brotherhood' is not a sequel to the first series but closely follows the manga .

There is technically not a second season of FMA but there is another series called Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood which is basically exactly the same as the FMA manga, it does not continue where the previous FMA stopped. The first couple of episode of Brotherhood are nearly the same as the original series but not in as much detail and then it spirals off in a completely different direction to the original
