There is indeed, it is called a vetenary nurse! Normally if an owner is concerned about the length of their pets claws then they will take them to the vets to get them cliped as there is a point on the nails that if you cut past will cause the hamster to bleed, maybe even to death. Therefore there is not a special job where all you do is clip hamsters nails, however this and many other jobs are part of being a vetenary nurse (an assistant to a vet)
You can't stop their nail growth, but if you noticed that they are getting curled up you should go to a vet so they can clip them.
no they do not
Don't clip your nails

You can create a simple circuit switch out of a paper clip, two nails, and a battery. Use the paper clip as a bridge to connect the two nails and complete the circuit. When the paper clip touches both nails, the circuit is closed, allowing the electricity to flow.
For me it took 21$ but it depends also it took me a month to find a vet who had courage to do it many of the vets said I'm sorry we can't do it because the nails are too small, we might clip the finger , I hope you find a vet who would do it good luck
a nail clipper
You stop time while clipping your nails and eating chicken. :)
Sissors or a Nail file
well, my rabbit falls asleep if you hold her in your arms (belly up) and she falls asleep quick, that's how i clip her nails, i let her fall asleep. this could take a period of 2 min. to hlf and hr or more to fully have the bunny cozy enough to clip their nails. try this with your bunny.

Well, my dog just bites her nails to her liking. Maybe your dog will too.
