This is a very interesting question. It should first be noted that the laws are different from state to state. Prank calling under the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act (NSW) (Section 13) can be classified as 'stalking or intimidation'. For this to happen you must cause fear or intimidation to the person you are calling and must intend to make them intimidated.

Now to be asking such a question I would assume that you are not an adult (no offence if you are). But to be charged with criminal offences you must be 14 years old or older to be charged. If you are between 10 and 14 you must know that what you have done is CRIMINAL not simply naughty. And if you are under 10 you CANNOT be charged with a criminal offence; as per the concept of 'doli incapax'.
