Of course not. We are all human right! And we children make mom and dad angry too. Even Jesus (if you are Christian) made people angry. If the parents do it antagonizly or to irritate the child into disobeying to have something to yell at, that isn't soo much innocent. It is important for children to be able to cope with anger at loved ones, and to be able to realize the problem and fix it for later in life.
