Yes! if you dance and sweat, yes! of course you can loose weight! but it has to be every day for 3 or 4 months, without failing any day.And if you dance and sweat and at the other day, and then you eat Pizza with coke and ice cream,and candy your diet will slowdown or might not work at all.So you need to ask yourself, (Can I Do This).You first exercise and then dance for atleast two hours then drink ALOT! of water.Then 2 things you can't eat or drink at all during your diet, would be Sodas,pizza, NO! Ice Cream! and no cakes for 3 months. I did this! i used to weight 140 pounds now i weight 116 pounds. Good Luck! :)
