well..
It depends on her height. If she is very short she may be a little overweight but if she´s an average height or taller it should be fine.
Feel free to write on my message board, leaving her date of birth, height and weight and I can do an accurate calcukation (my user name is fluto998)
!
p.s. Anyone reading this should feel free to leave their details (date of birth, height and weight) on my message board and I´ll be happy to do a calculation. =)
I have a 14 year old brother, he is 8 stone! But basicly all he does is go on his X-Box all day and Hates water. So he doesnt have any excorsise at all and he doesn't drink water, so he is as skinny as he can be! But don't worry, some of your weight is filled up with water and muscle, wich my brother doesn't have so you are OK! Are you really 11?
You are a little overweight. 12 to 13 stone would be better.
no you are underweight
yes, very overweight. But if you mean 9 stones thats fine depending on your height.
No it's not great but u r defanately not overweight
No you are not over weight.
your not over weight, if you you are work-out or go to the local gym.
no it doesn't sound overweight, but it really depends on how tall you are, if you give me your height i could tell you. hope i helped. I don't think 9 stone is overweight for a 15 year old. I'm 11 stone and I'm 14. Yeah, it does depend what height you are. If you're tall, people don't tend to tell if you're overweight... And anyway, you don't need to worry, you're not overweight, unless you're like 4 foot, which I doubt you're not. :) x
Yes! I'm 5.9 and I need to get down to 10 stone to be at the ideal weight for optimal health, so the same must be true for a teenager. With hormones, body changes occur and if not kept in check there could be weight management problems later on in life!
It depends on what age you are.
No :)

If someone is four feet tall and weighs 6 stone, or 84 pounds, they have a BMI of 25.6, which is considered overweight. You can use this site to find out more: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
