=23.64

<18.5 Under weight

18.5-24.9 Normal

25.0-29.9 Over weight

30.0-39.9 Obesity

>40 Extreme Obesity

medically you are at a normal healthy weight

Psychologically it is your own view of your body that determines what you think.

Exercise is always great! even if your at a healthy weight like you are.

(I don't know if you exercise or not)

To lift? Maybe. To be her weight? Maybe. It depends on how healthy she is. Short of breath? Lose some weight.

nope! I know some people who are 5'1 and they are 103 lbs. As long as you feel comfortable and you are keeping fit, you are fine :)

If you mean 280 pounds, yes it's overweight. Rather, you might ask if it's obese or morbidly obese.
