Having gay parents will affect the upbringing of their children, as the kids as exposed to more homosexual behaviors than heterosexual household. [Supervisor's note: this is not true. Exposure to any sexual orientation does not affect one's own sexual orientation]
Answer
In order for a parent who is gay to have gay offspring they would first have to engage in heterosexual relations and secondly have the chemistry of a gay gene or trait to pass on to the offspring.
In 2003, Human Genome Project, was completed. There is absolutely no evidence of a gay gene.
Answer
Recent evidence shows that homosexuality is caused by a mixture of both genetic and prenatal hormonal factors:
See related links.
There is no evidence of a single gay gene; a vaguely understood sequence of genes appears to be involved. Combined with the fact that uterine environment is so important, having a gay parent will likely not be the deciding factor in a child's orientation.
Far more telling, would be a child whose mother had already born other children of that child's same sex and was herself from a very large or fertile family.
The offspring will be a scientist.
If there is not change in the offspring then they will also be susceptible to the diseases the parent suffers and will not survive.
Parent
Asexual Reproduction - the offspring will be exact genetic copies of the parent.
the child has only one parent so the offspring will look exactly like the parent.
Sexual reproduction produces offspring similar to parents. Asexual reproduction causes the offspring to be exactly the same as the one parent.
In asexual reproduction, offspring are not identical to the parent because of variations that can occur during the process of DNA replication and cell division. These variations can result in small genetic differences between the parent and offspring, leading to genetic diversity in the population.

No, siblings are people who share at least one parent.
