heat! heat! heat! causes a rotor to warp 95% of the time. Little to now rust buildup in the vent area of the rotor, need a good pasage for air movement. rusty and flaking rust are no good! New calipers, brake flush, new rotors, clean flat surface free of rust buildup on the spindle area. All very important.
From the question, I can only assume your rotors are warped. Replace the OEM ones with quality brand like Brembo and install ceramic pads that will reduce heat and help prevent warping.
Warping in materials like wood or plastic is typically caused by uneven stress or moisture absorption. When one side of the material expands or contracts differently than the other, it can lead to warping. Proper storage and handling can help prevent warping.
you might be able to cover it with waterproof tape.
it's called a press.

It most likely means that your brakes are very hot, and that some sort of liquid has touched your brake pads or rotors. Be careful about warping in the rotor.
Rotors normally warp due to two things. Either the wheels were install with the lug nuts torqued too much or heat has warped the rotors. The lug nuts must be torqued to exactly the factory recommended lb/ft. Too tight and the rotors will warp. Also excessive heat from riding the brake pedal or from lots of stops from high speed will warp the rotors.
Break rotors heat up very fast while drive and stopping, todays technology in my sense isn't the best on rotors. If you have a heavy foot and brake hard, that will contribute to warped rotors. Sudden stops will also case warping. Most brake Specialist (Les Shwab) recommend on new cars, and new rotors to brake easy, (light foot) on your new rotors for the first 1,000 miles of the rotors life. That way they have time to brake in.
There no way to prevent them getting hot unless you don't brake
Make sure you do not overtorque the wheel lug nuts. If that doesn't work try switching to OEM (Honda) rotors. I know they are more expensive, but will take care of your braking problems.
to help reduce the amount of heat damage from braking. The more mass to an object, the less high temperatures will affect it & cause warping, distortion, and burns\fire.
You might want to check your rotors and pads and check for warping. Try bleeding the brake line and make sure there is no air in the line as well some times it can cause pulsing
