(He doesn't age, if you have watched the Wolverine Origins movie you can answer this easily. in the movie, it shows a flash back of himself fighting through all the wars with a good friend that is showed later in the movie)

Edit: If you watched that movie you'd realize he started the movie as a child. By the end of the movie he's a grown man. Therefore he must have aged.

Edit: Wolverine has died many times age unknown but when he dies he fights the angle of death witch goes by many names. His soul reached purgatory in Death of wolverine comics 56-61.

Wolverine's given name is James Howlett (called Jimmy by his half brother, and commonly known as Logan) was born in 1831, and was 178 years old as depicted in X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009).

He was introduced into Marvel comics in July of 1974 with several planned origins never being provided. While Wolverine looks like he's in his late 30's, he was born in the mid-19th century, and thus is over 150 years old!

Depending on the particular era of his appearances, Wolverine has assumed an apparent age in his 30's, and this was the age adopted for the X-Men movie series (portrayed by Hugh Jackman, who was 31 when the first movie was made). The comic appearances included a 40-ish Wolverine, and it was only later postulated (2002) that he is actually over 150 years old. He was born around 1845, but his mutant healing factor nearly stops his aging process, and he participated in various historical events such as the US Civil War, World War I, World War II, and the Vietnam War. He then became involved in the Canadian government program for mutants called Team X.

His younger half-brother is Victor Creed (Sabretooth), who shares a slowed aging process and healing ability.

Wolverine physical appearance suggests he is in his mid to late 30s, however, he was actually born back in mid 1800's, thus is at least 150 years old.
