No, as of now, anything that was a Monday Rare is not really "rare". Also, tail armor is really hard to get by (unless you mean the ones in the diamond store). I suggest adding to that if you truly was tail armor, because diamond store stuff is also considered semi-rare (diamonds are hard to come by often, unless your a member, and even then, it's not so easy).
