UPDATED 5/4/13- Hi, I currently work at Winn Dixie as a Service Team Member/Customer Service Lead. I have been working there for two years. Started out as courtesy clerk. I do have a courtesy clerk (proper name for baggers) who is 15. She's a female. Anyone who is 14 or 15 can NOT be trained as a cashier or touch the money. They have to stay as a Courtesy Clerk until they turn 16 then they can move up to cashier position if they request for promotion. But the hours are very strict for those people who are 14 or 15. Hope this helps.
