I can't say for sure, it really depends on your center and where you live. But I've researched a few in Texas and Oklahoma and they tend to cost between $3000 and 5000. Due to the lack of most drugs and overnight stays they will almost always be cheaper than hospital. The one I'm personally planning on using is around $3500 for prenatal care and delivery. That only includes the initial sonogram, and not the one they recommend around 18 weeks or required natural childbirth classes. I know it's not the most thorough information but I hope it helps a little.
