1941 is not a rare year for Lincoln cents. There were 92,360,000 pennies struck in San Francisco in 1941 and no proofs issued. In the year 2010 the coin is worth roughly 200 dollars, about twice the value of copper it contains, this assumes the penny is in circulation. In some case you may find coins in uncirculated condition, the exact value would be based on it's specific condition ranging between AU51 and MS60. It would be hard to find a penny from this year and mint above MS60 state.
