No such coin exists. All 1923 dated silver dollars are Peace Dollars, the last Morgan Dollars were minted in 1921. It is a common date for Peace Dollars and worth about $25 in average circulated condition.
First, it is not a Morgan dollar, it is a Peace dollar, second, it is worth around melt value to local dealers. That value is $23.50 .
Could you tell us a bit more about this coin? I won't say for certain that no coins designed by Morgan were made in 1929, but the dollar coin that is named for him was not minted after 1921.

The mint mark would be located on the reverse of the coin, beneath the center of the wreath.
