According to their website, delivery is only available in England, Scotland, and Wales. I found that out by going to the page to order it sent to my home. You can, of course, read it online in the US.

cost now - february 2022 - of a saturday daily mail - please ?

US Mail is about 210 billion pieces per year (includes everything delivered by USPS), so about 700 million pieces a day.
