There are various cost estimates:
"Fly-away" cost is the cost it takes to build one from scratch, right now. About $137 million each.
"Per Unit" cost, includes the upfront R&D and other design costs required to create the plane in the first place, divided by the total number of planes produced. This includes the Fly-away cost. $377 million each.
"Life-Cycle" cost, which includes all the maintenance, fuel, spare parts, and upgrades required across the plane's expected 40-year operational life. It includes the above costs. $678 million each.
the F-35 costs 160-400 million the depends on the type
It was calculated to be around 70 - 80 million per plane when the project began. Due to increasingly huge problems, the plane has been delayed for more years and it still in testing stage. It has bumped the price of each plane to be around 150-400 million USD.

Depends. The F-22 has more stealth than the F-35. However, F-35 has more performance to compensate. F-35 has not been used in combat and is so confidential, its rate of climb has not been revealed. Refer to Wikipedia for more info.
